Dr. Siciliano is an associate professor in the Department of Public Policy, Management, and Analytics at the University of Illinois Chicago. He currently co-directs the Networks & Governance Lab and teaches courses on public policy, data analysis, causal inference, and social network analysis. His research studies how humans and organizations collaborate to address policy problems at a local and global scale. His work relies on network analysis and network theory to model and understand the formation and performance of collaborative networks. He has worked with federal agencies, public schools, local governments, and Indian Reservations. Michael is part of the Center’s Planning and Evaluation Core.
